Abstract

The invention relates to a dual-mode yarn quality detection control system. The dual-mode yarn quality detection control system comprises an embedded processor, a capacitance mode detecting device, an image mode detecting device and a cutter driving circuit. The capacitance mode detecting device and the image mode detecting device are used for synchronously detecting the number of defects of yarns of a spinning machine within a preset unit length in real time and meanwhile outputting a first defect number and a second defect number respectively; based on cutting signals, the cutter driving circuit drives a cutter to cut off the passed yarns within the preset unit length, which are computed from a current position; the embedded processor is connected with the capacitance mode detecting device, the image mode detecting device and the cutter driving circuit and determines whether to transmit the cutting signals to the cutter driving circuit on the basis of the first defect number and the second defect number. The dual-mode yarn quality detection control system can provide effective reference data for defect cutting operation by referring to yarn quality detecting results in two modes.
