The method generates active commands need to be output by the energy accumulation device by measuring the frequency bias and the frequency change rate at the outlet generatrix of the wind power plant, and processing the frequency bias and the frequency change rate with fuzzy logic. The energy accumulation device outputs power for compensating the virtual inertia of the wind power plant based on the commands.
