Abstract

The invention relates to a low-cost manufacturing method for a water-soluble fertilizer containing macroelements. The method comprises the following steps: (1) adding ammonium phosphate into a dissolving tank so as to form ammonium phosphate slurry I and ammonium phosphate slurry II; (2) feeding the ammonium phosphate slurry I into a mixer so as to form co-dissolved slurry I and co-dissolved slurry II; (3) feeding a bed charge into a pelletizer; (4) delivering the co-dissolved slurry I into a tubular reactor so as to form a semi-finished product III; (5) subjecting the semi-finished product III to drying, screening and cooling so as to obtain the water-soluble fertilizer containing macroelements; (6) delivering the ammonium phosphate slurry II and the co-dissolved slurry II into a slurry preparing tank so as to prepare co-dissolved slurry IV; (7) feeding a bed charge into the pelletizer; (8) delivering the co-dissolved slurry IV into the tubular reactor so as to form a semi-finished product VI; and (9) subjecting the semi-finished product VI to drying, screening and cooling so as to obtain a conventional composite fertilizer. According to the method provided by the invention, production procedures are reduced and process flow is shortened; and the method has the significant advantages of little investment and low energy consumption.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of fertilizers, in particular to a method for producing water-soluble fertilizers with a large amount of elements at low cost. Background technique [0002] Water-soluble fertilizer is a multi-component compound fertilizer that can be completely dissolved in water, including water-soluble fertilizers with large amounts of elements (also divided into types with medium elements and trace elements), water-soluble fertilizers with trace elements, water-soluble fertilizers containing amino acids, water-soluble fertilizers containing humic acids, etc. . The common feature of water-soluble fertilizers is that they can be quickly dissolved in water and are more easily absorbed by crops. Their absorption and utilization rate is relatively high, and there are few insoluble or insoluble residues. They can be applied to agricultural facilities such as flushing and drip irrigation to realize the integration of water and fertilizer...
