Embodiment Construction

[0021] According to attached figure 1 It can be seen that the present invention specifically relates to a colony count alarm device for ship ballast water, which is used for the detection of colony count in ballast water samples. The sample storage tank 6 is injected into the sample storage tank 6 through the ballast water filling port 8 as a test sample. The innovation of the present invention is that a pressure detection unit 1, a turbidity detection unit 2 and a fluorescence self-luminescence detection unit 3 are arranged around the sample storage tank 6, and the three units are independent of each other and are all connected with the sample storage tank. The tank 6 carries out the alternating flow of ballast water through the power pump 7 , and the three units are powered by the main power supply 5 in the base 9 . The three units all detect the microbial concentration of the colony number, but the principles adopted are different.

Abstract

The invention discloses a colony count alarming device for vessel ballast water, and relates to the technical field of ocean vessel transportation and offshore oil engineering. The alarming device comprises a base, a sample storage tank, a pressure detection unit, a turbidity detection unit, a fluorescence self-illumination detection unit and a comprehensive alarming unit, wherein the pressure detection unit, the turbidity detection unit and the fluorescence self-illumination detection unit are detection units and detect concentration of colony counts in the ballast water through energy detection of aerobic bacteria utilizing oxygen, ballast water turbidity detection and biological self-illumination detection respectively, and the comprehensive alarming unit is used for collecting and processing signals of the three detection units, and two of the three signals are output in an acoustic-optical manner for alarming. The overall device is high in redundancy and high in reliability and has the characteristics of compact size, convenience in detection, economical efficiency and practicability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical fields of ocean-going ship transportation and offshore oil engineering. Background technique [0002] In order to maintain the stability and seaworthiness of ships in oceans and lakes, ballast water tanks are provided on ships, and the ballast water tanks must be loaded with a certain amount of ballast water. Every year, more than 1 billion tons of marine ballast water is transferred between global hub ports on the earth. Aquatic organisms (including microorganisms or bacteria) living in the harbor are mixed in the ballast water, and these aquatic organisms will be transported to foreign countries along with the transportation of the ship. As a result, species that did not exist in the sea area will invade the original ecosystem and pose a competitive threat to the existing indigenous species. [0003] In the International Convention on the Control and Management of Ships' Ballast Water and Sediments adopted by ...
