A steel reinforcement clamping holder is arranged on the upper end and the lower end of each hollow plastic ball respectively; the upper layer and the lower layer of latticed steel reinforcement frameworks are clamped by steel reinforcement clamping rings formed by elastic reeds in the steel reinforcement clamping holders, namely the upper layer and the lower layer of latticed steel reinforcement frameworks are fixed by the plastic ball assemblies, so that the plastic ball assemblies not only play a sound absorption role in the sound-absorption hollow floor slab, but also play a fixing role in the integral structure, and the structure is stable in the concrete pouring process.
