The special silicone sealant comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of 50000cs hydroxyl silicone oil, 5-10 parts of dimethyl silicone oil, 1-5 parts of a KH550 coupling agent, 1-5 parts of a KH560 coupling agent, 10-35 parts of flame retardant powder, 10-20 parts of heavy aluminum oxide, 15-30 parts of an inorganic filler, 1-5 parts of phenyltrissilane, 5-10 parts of dimethyl dibutanoneoximido silane and 0.5-1.5 parts of an organic tin catalyst. A nuclear power plant internal sealing structure comprises a CV steel plate and a concrete wall, and further comprises silicone sealant, wherein a pit is formed in a joint of the concrete wall and the CV steel plate; the silicone sealant is arranged in the pit.
