A combustion information feedback device and a combustion electronic control unit are added to a system on the basis of reserving all parts of an internal combustion engine body. The combustion electronic control unit can control a throttle valve to be fully open when the internal combustion engine runs; the actual torque is the same as the target torque through the adjustment of the fuel injection pulse width; through the adjustment of the hydrogen injection pulse width, the cyclical variation of the internal combustion engine is controlled, so that the internal combustion engine can stably run in a fully open mode of the throttle valve under part of load, the throttling loss at the position of the throttle valve is eliminated, and the thermal efficiency of the internal combustion engine is effectively improved.
