The single-tube semiconductor lasers are arranged on at least two arcs at a first preset interval in the slow-axis direction, so that laser light from the single-tube semiconductor lasers is emitted from the radii of the arcs to the circle center; the at least two arcs are concentric; the single-tube semiconductor lasers are arranged on at least two steps in the fast-axis direction, and the single-tube semiconductor lasers of the same arc are arranged on the same step, so that laser light emitted by the single-tube semiconductor lasers is gathered at the circle center; the coupling device is arranged at the circle center; and the light incident end of the fiber is arranged at the position where laser output by the coupling device is gathered.
