Abstract

The invention discloses a curve automobile meeting early warning system. The system is arranged at a curve inlet at the periphery of a curve and comprises a solar generating apparatus, cameras, image processing units, an electronic control unit and electronic display screens. The solar generating apparatus supplies power to the whole system; the two cameras are respectively right opposite to incoming directions at the two sides of the curve; the image processing units are used for receiving images transmitted by the cameras and performing analyzing determination on the images; the electronic control unit is used for receiving analysis determination results of the image processing units and controlling the on-off of the electronic display screens according to the results; and the electronic display screens are used for displaying early warning information and are arranged to be right oriented towards the incoming directions. The curve automobile meeting early warning system is simple in structure and high in reliability, can effectively prevent traffic accidents caused by lack of awareness of opposite incoming automobile conditions during automobile meeting at the curve, and can also prevent two automobiles from being congested on a road because of automobile meeting incapability due to the quite narrow curve.
