Abstract

The invention provides a thyristor drive circuit which comprises a drive module, a current limiting unit, an isolation current conversion unit and a voltage doubler rectifier. The drive module is used for generating a drive signal, and is connected with the primary side of the isolation current conversion unit. The current limiting unit is connected in series between the drive module and the isolation current conversion unit. The secondary side of the isolation current conversion unit is connected with a first input end and a second input end of the voltage doubler rectifier. A first output end of the voltage doubler rectifier is connected with a control electrode G of a thyristor. A second output end of the voltage doubler rectifier is connected with the cathode K of the thyristor.
