The clamping device comprises a supporting base, a driving component, a fixed clamping piece and a movable clamping piece; the fixed clamping piece is fixedly arranged on the driving component; the movable clamping piece is movably arranged on the driving component; the structure of the fixed clamping piece is similar to that of the movable clamping piece; and each of the fixed clamping piece and the movable clamping piece comprises a base, a single driving cylinder, a horizontal supporting plate, an upper clamping plate, a lower clamping plate and a pair of linear bearings, the single driving cylinder is arranged along a vertical direction, the horizontal supporting plate is fixedly connected with a piston of the driving cylinder, the upper clamping plate is connected with the supporting plate through a pair of vertical guide shafts, the upper clamping plate and the supporting plate jointly form a frame structure, the lower clamping plate is positioned between the upper clamping plate and the supporting plate, and the linear bearings are respectively used for accommodating and installing the vertical guide shafts and are fixed at two ends of the lower clamping plate. By the clamping device for intermittently feeding films, the phenomenon of jamming or uneven pressure caused by double-cylinder drive can be avoided, damage of elements such as the cylinders is avoided by the linear bearings and corresponding structures, feeding accuracy and clamping stability are improved, and accordingly the films can be ensured to be accurately clamped and conveyed.

The invention relates to a polyamide 66 membrane covered nickel-titanium alloy intravascular scaffold and a preparation method thereof. The intravascular scaffold comprises a nickel-titanium alloy scaffold and a polyamide 66 membrane, and is provided with a tubular blood vessel shaped structure or a cylindrical blood vessel shaped structure, wherein the surfaces of an inner wall and an outer wallof the scaffold are covered by thin membranes with the thickness between 0.2 and 5 millimeters. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: preparing 1 to 20 percent of polyamide 66 solution by using formic acid as a solvent; coating a layer of the polyamide 66 solution on a glass rod and volatizing the solvent; sleeving a nickel-titanium shape memory alloy expanding scaffold on the glass rod; coating another layer of the polyamide 66 solution on the glass rod and volatizing the solvent; and peeling off the polyamide 66 membrane and the nickel-titanium alloy intravascular scaffold from the glass rod, and performing vacuum drying to obtain the polyamide 66 membrane covered intravascular scaffold. The intravascular scaffold prepared by the method has a stable structure, good mechanical property, transportability and anti-seepage property, overcomes the performance defects of a single material, and has a simple preparation process.

System and method for material weighing and weighing controller

The invention discloses a system and a method for material weighing and a weighing controller. The material weighing system comprises a weighing hopper (40), a spiral conveyor (20), a butterfly valve (30) and a weighing sensor (50). A conveying outlet of the spiral conveyor (20) is located above an opening of the weighing hopper (40), the butterfly valve (30) is located at the conveying outlet of the spiral conveyor (20), and when the butterfly valve (30) is closed, the conveying outlet of the spiral conveyor (20) is sealed. The weighing controller (60) comprises a weight obtaining device (61), a comparison device (62) and a control signal output device (63), wherein the weight obtaining device (61) is used for receiving a signal for indicating weight of materials in the weighing hopper (40) and obtaining real-time weight of the materials from the signal, the comparison device (62) is used for comparing the real-time weight of the materials with a predicting weighing value, and the control signal output device (63) is used for simultaneously outputting a control signal for controlling the stopping of the spiral conveyor (20) and a control signal for closing the butterfly valve (30) when the comparison result of the comparison device (62) is that the real-time weight reaches the predicting weighing value. When the materials reach a certain value, the spiral conveyor and the butterfly valve can be closed simultaneously, thereby obtaining double advantages of good conveying effect of the spiral conveyor and fast response of the butterfly valve.
