Embodiment 1

[0025] Taking the mixture of housefly maggot biotransformation kitchen residue and rice bran as an example, the implementation steps of the present invention are as follows:

[0026] (1) Put the collected fresh kitchen residues on an 8-mesh sieve to filter out most of the liquid water and grease.

[0027] (2) Break the kitchen residues processed in (1) to a size of 5mm.

[0028] (3) Mix rice bran and crushed kitchen residues and stir evenly; in the 5-day biotransformation treatment cycle, the feed used in the first two days is a mixture of kitchen residues and rice bran at a mass ratio of 3:1 and It is obtained by static fermentation for 24 hours. The feed used during 3-4 days is a mixture of kitchen residues and rice bran at a mass ratio of 4:1 and left to ferment for 24 hours. The feed used for 5 days is food residues and rice bran in a mass ratio It is obtained by mixing 5:1 and statically fermenting for 24 hours.

The feed used during 3-4 days is a mixture of kitchen residues and rice straw powder at a mass ratio of 6:1 and statically fermented for 24 hours. The feed used for 5 days is food residues and rice straw powder in a mass ratio. It is obtained by mixing 8:1 and statically fermenting for 24 hours.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for efficient bioconversion of kitchen leftover by using housefly maggot. The method comprises the following steps: crushing kitchen leftover, mixing by stirring the kitchen leftover with biomass materials by ratio in the formula, standing and fermenting the mixture for 24-48 h to obtain a kitchen leftover feed for each stage of housefly maggot bioconversion; piling the early-stage kitchen leftover feed and inoculating with 1 age larva housefly maggot; in a maggot biotransformation cycle of 5-7 days, feeding the kitchen leftover feed by batches according to the particular feed formula in each stage; before pupation of the housefly maggot, separating the mature housefly maggots with residual material, so as to obtain a high-protein housefly maggot product and a semi-finished product of biomass pile size. The efficient bioconversion and kitchen leftover treatment efficacy have outstanding efficiency; in one housefly maggot bioconversion period, 1.0t of kitchen leftover can produce 200-450Kg / t of fresh housefly maggot; and the kitchen leftover reduction reaches 70-95%.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for transforming kitchen residues, in particular to a method for utilizing housefly maggots to efficiently biotransform kitchen residues, and belongs to the field of environmental protection. Background technique [0002] In recent years, the kitchen waste generated by restaurants, hotels, and canteens has been increasing day by day. How to effectively deal with kitchen waste has always been a social concern. According to the National Environmental Bulletin, in 2001, the removal volume of urban domestic waste in my country was 134.704 million tons, of which the average proportion of kitchen residues was about 40%. According to authoritative media reports, in 2013, the output of kitchen waste in Chinese cities was no less than 60 million tons. [0003] Kitchen leftovers are mainly composed of rice and flour food residues, vegetables, vegetable oils, animal oils, meat bones, fish bones, etc., which contain a lot of orga...
