Problems solved by technology

During the resuscitation process, pseudovacua are considered to be the buoyancy-providing factors for the resuscitation of algal cells, but the applicant's recent research results found that the intercellular space of the cyanobacteria population can also provide buoyancy for the algal population, and the intercellular space of the algal population is very likely It is the key factor for the algae population to float up, and this research result is the first report

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for determining buoyancy contribution of space between gas vesicle and grouped cells of cyanobacteria. The method comprises the following specific steps: (1) taking a water body of 1000ml from a lack in the field, and filtering the water body through a glass fiber membrane of 0.45 micron to remove cyanobacteria cells, thereby obtaining a water body without cyanobacteria cells for later use; (2) selecting a cyanobacterial bloom sample A of 10ml in the field; (3) adding a cyanobacterial bloom sample A of 1ml into a water body of 99ml without cyanobacteria cells to obtain mixed liquor B; and (4) processing the mixed liquor B through ultrasonic waves with frequency being 45Hz for 5 minutes to obtain mixed liquor C. The method can be used for accurately determining buoyancy contribution of a space between gas vesicle and grouped cells of cyanobacteria during a floating process of cyanobacteria cells, is simple, and is high in detection precision.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for measuring the buoyancy contribution of cyanobacteria pseudovacuates and the space between group cells in the process of algae cell floating, in particular to a method for measuring the buoyancy contribution of cyanobacteria pseudovacua and the space between group cells. Background technique [0002] Cyanobacterial blooms have become one of the serious environmental problems faced by lakes and reservoirs. The formation mechanism of cyanobacterial blooms is divided into processes such as overwintering, recovery, biomass increase, and aggregation. During the resuscitation process, pseudovacua are considered to be the buoyancy-providing factors for the resuscitation of algal cells, but the applicant's recent research results found that the intercellular space of the cyanobacteria population can also provide buoyancy for the algal population, and the intercellular space of the algal population is very likely It is the k...
