An anti-fake self-adhesive label with a holographic locating effect, a preparation method therefor comprising: preparing a thin film prepared from a polyethylene glycol terephthalate material, wherein the thickness of the thin film is 25-50 um, and coating water-based covering coating on both surfaces of the thin film by using an intaglio printing press; coating UV gloss oil on one surface of the obtained thin film by using the intaglio printing press, performing cold pressing on the surface of the thin film coated by the UV gloss oil by utilizing a nickel plate on which groove grains of a Fresnel lens are etched after the UV gloss oil is in a semi-cured state, and reserving mirroring patterns of the Fresnel lens on the UV gloss oil on the surface of the thin film through UV curing; and electroplating an aluminum layer to serve as a light reflecting layer on the surface of the obtained thin film having the UV gloss oil through a vacuum aluminizing technology, and performing aluminum washing, i.e., performing water washing or alkaline washing in a place where a lower reflecting layer is not needed, and washing off the aluminum layer.
