Abstract

The invention discloses a processing method for a screw conveyor housing. The method comprise: (1) processing a metal machine to a rectangular metal plate; (2) heating the rectangular metal plate to obtain a hot melting metal plate; (3) performing stamping on the hot melting metal plate, so the metal plate being bended to form an arc metal plate; (4) performing quenching treatment on the arc metal plate to obtain a reinforced metal plate; (5) and connecting the two reinforced metal plates in a face-to-face manner to obtain a screw conveyor housing which is provided with a cylindrical cavity inside. The hardness of the screw conveyor housing processed by the method is high, and the screw conveyor housing is not easy to deform or crack and damage, so service life of a screw conveyor is prolonged.
