The special trace element compound fertilizer comprises six trace elements of molybdenum, boron, iron, zinc, copper and manganese, wherein every 1000g of the trace element compound fertilizer consists of the following trace elements by weight: 5 to 10g of molybdenum, 55 to 75g of boron, 100 to 117g of iron, 3 to 10g of zinc, 2 to 5g of copper and 37 to 76g of manganese.
