Abstract

The invention discloses a sorting-free system and method for warehouse logistics. The system comprises PCBs with 2.4-G short-distance wireless communication modules, 13.56-MHz high-frequency tags, a PDA with a 2.4-GHz short-distance wireless transmission module, an operating terminal, a background server, and warehouse shelves with 13.56-MHz high-frequency tag reading-writing devices. To be specific, the 13.56-MHz high-frequency tags are arranged at logistics packages and thus each logistics package has a unique ID number. The PDA with a 2.4-GHz short-distance wireless transmission module is used for sending package information to the PCBs arranged on the logistics packages. The operating terminal arranged on the 2.4-GHz short-distance wireless transmission module is used for writing delivery information and user order information into the PCBs of the logistics packages. The background server is used for binding the ID numbers of the logistics packages with the user order numbers. The warehouse shelves with 13.56-MHz high-frequency tag reading-writing devices are used for placing the logistics packages. No person is involved in the whole sorting process and whole process is completed automatically by a software system, thereby substantially improving the sorting efficiency.
