The main polishing tool is specially used for machining portions, such as protrusions, of molds, and the auxiliary polishing tool is arranged to be of a flexible thin structure so as to machine pores or gaps. A temperature sensor and a heater are arranged to reduce the influence of temperature and viscosity on abrasive flow machining precision and improve the polishing effect of surfaces of workpieces.
