The invention relates to cold resistance treating fluid for peanut seeds, which comprises the following components: 500 to 1500 parts of by weight of proline, 0.05 to 0.15 parts by weight of abscisic acid, 100000 to 200000 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol-6000 and 1000000 parts by weight of water. According to the cold resistance treating fluid for the peanut seeds provided by the invention, the ratio of the proline and the abscisic acid can improve the freeze resistance capability of seeds, with the addition of the ratio of the polyethylene glycol-6000, the seed germination rate is effectively improved. Early sowing of the peanut seeds can be realized, so that the peanut seeds have the cold resistance, can grown up from the soil after the ground temperature is increased, and sprout rapidly.
