According to the foaming agent, the advantages of a solid particle foam stabilizing agent and a liquid foam stabilizing agent are combined, and a good foaming property and stability are achieved. The preparation method of the foaming agent is simple, green and environmentally friendly. The foaming agent is used as the foam oil-displacing agent in the foam oil displacement process of oil fields, and good application prospect is achieved.
