The system comprises an output port (8), a light source (1), an optical component (2) in connection with the light source (1), a receiver (3) in connection with the optical component (2), a comparing unit (4) in connection with the receiver (3), a photo-electric conversion unit (5) in connection with the comparing unit (4), an emitter coupled type amplifying unit (6) in connection with the photo-electric conversion unit (5) and a judging unit (7) in connection with the output port (8). Between the emitter coupled type amplifying unit (6) and the judging unit (7) is further provided a stimulant logic control unit (9). According to the embodiments of the invention, the system is provided with an emitter coupled type amplifying unit which has an amplifying function and prevents the magnetic field of the system and the detected signals from interfering with each other, and therefore, the detected signals become more stable.
