Abstract

The invention provides an ultrasonic single-double detection sensor comprising an ultrasonic ejector and an ultrasonic receiver, wherein the ultrasonic ejector generates a high voltage pulse signal used for driving the ultrasonic receiver to emit an ultrasonic signal; the period of the high-pressure impulse signal is resonant frequency of the ultrasonic receiver; the ultrasonic ejector sequentially emits five high-pressure impulse signals to drive the ultrasonic receiver; after receiving the ultrasonic signal, the ultrasonic receiver converts the ultrasonic signal into an electric signal, the electric single is converted into a square signal through a differential amplification circuit, a filer and amplification circuit and a shaping circuit, then time between the square wave of the high voltage pulse generated by the ultrasonic ejector and the square signal of the ultrasonic wave received by the ultrasonic receiver is measured by adopting a measurement time circuit, and the time is compared with a time reference value under the stored normal single condition so as to indicate a single layer or a double layer according to a comparing result.
