Abstract
The invention relates to a hot extrusion inlaid radiator die which comprises a die surface and a flow guide plate arranged at the feeding end of the die surface. The die is characterized in that an insert slot and a discharge hole are formed in the die surface, the insert slot is formed at the feeding end of the die surface, the discharge hole is formed at the discharge end of the die surface, an insert is arranged in the insert slot, a die hole is formed in the insert, and the die hole is connected with the discharge hole; a flow guide hole is formed in the flow guide plate, one end of the flow guide hole is the large end, the other end of the flow guide hole is the small end, and a slope is formed between the large end and the small end; the small end of the flow guide hole is positioned at the feeding end of the flow guide hole, and the large end of the flow guide hole is connected with the die hole; a positioning pin is arranged on the insert, and the positioning pin is matched with a positioning slot in the die surface. The hot extrusion inlaid radiator disclosed by the invention can be used for well solving the problem of high cost of dies, and can be used for reducing the production cost of customers and promoting the competitiveness of customers.
