An oil outlet of the check valve is connected with an oil port P of the three-position four-way solenoid directional valve, an oil port O of the three-position four-way solenoid directional valve is connected with the throttle valve, and the throttle valve is connected with the oil tank through an oil path. An oil port A of the three-position four-way solenoid directional valve is connected with a left cavity oil inlet of the oil cylinder. An oil port B of the three-position four-way solenoid directional valve is connected to a right cavity oil inlet of the oil cylinder.
