Embodiment Construction

[0043] Below in conjunction with specific embodiment the present invention is described in further detail:

[0044] The flow process of artificial experimental sample manufacturing method of the present invention is as figure 1 As shown, it includes five steps of natural fracture rock sample estimation, 3D scanning, pouring mold modeling, 3D printing, and pouring molding. These 5 steps are described below with examples.

[0045] (1) for figure 2 The natural fracture sample shown has an estimated length of 172 mm and a width of 105 mm. As used in this example image 3 The FDM35-2525 3D printer shown can make casting molds with a maximum length and width of 250 mm and a maximum height of 350 mm, and the size of natural fracture rock samples is within the range allowed by the 3D printer. The length and width of the artificial experimental samples required for the experiment in this embodiment are both 50 mm, and the height is required to be about 50 mm. Therefore, it is onl...

Abstract

The invention discloses a production method of an artificial experimental sample imitating a natural crack rock sample and belongs to the technical field of rock and soil mechanics experiments. According to the production method, the natural crack rock sample is subjected to 3D scanning to obtain geometric data of a crack surface, and the geometric data is processed and computer three-dimensional modeling is carried out on the basis to obtain a computer three-dimensional model of a crack surface mold. Meanwhile, the computer three-dimensional model of a pouring box matched with the size of three-dimensional modeling software is established in the three-dimensional modeling software. A 3D printing technology is used for rapidly producing real objects of the crack surface mold and the pouring box in a large batch; and finally, the artificial experimental sample used for an indoor experimental research is obtained. The production method of the artificial experimental sample imitating the natural crack rock sample, disclosed by the invention, has the characteristics of high molding quality, short production period, low production cost and no pollution and no damages on the natural crack rock sample, and can be widely applied to the production of the artificial experimental sample of indoor experiments for researching the characters of crack rock bodies.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to rock-soil mechanics experiment technology, in particular to a method for making artificial experimental samples imitating natural fractured rock samples. Background technique [0002] Natural rock mass usually undergoes complex geological movements and produces many fractures of various shapes inside it. Most of the rock mass is destroyed along the fracture surface, and the fluid flow capacity in the fracture surface is much greater than that of the rock matrix. Therefore, fractures have an important impact on the deformation properties and hydraulic properties of the rock mass. In various rock mass projects carried out on the ground and surface, such as tunnels, slopes, and caverns, cracks affect the stability and safety of various projects. When developing oil and gas resources in deep formations, fractures in rock mass affect drilling efficiency and oil and gas reservoir development effects. At the same time, many scholars...
