The temperature and water flow simulation control unit comprises a water bath cover, a circulation water bath kettle and a culture bottle rotation support; the water bath cover is cylinder-shaped; a central rotating shaft is arranged along the central axis of the cylinder; the culture bottle rotation support is arranged on the periphery of the central rotating shaft; the culture bottles are fixed to the culture bottle rotation support; the water bath cover is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet; and the water inlet and the water outlet are connected to the circulation water bath kettle.
