Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of cement and particularly relates to cement clinker. The cement clinker takes limestone as a main material and contains the ingredients in parts by mass: 100-120 parts of the limestone, 25-40 parts of clay, 3-8 parts of iron powder, 10-15 parts of stabilizer and 15-20 parts of fibers. The best effect can be achieved when the cement clinker contains 100 parts (by mass) of the limestone, 30 parts (by mass) of the clay, 5 parts (by mass) of the iron powder, 10 parts (by mass) of epoxy-ester and 15 parts (by mass) of glass fibers. After adopting the formula, according to the cement clinker disclosed by the invention, the overall stability of the cement clinker is excellently improved through the stabilizer; in addition, the binding power of the cement clinker is excellently enhanced through the fibers, so that the overall performance of the cement clinker is improved.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of cement, in particular to a cement clinker. Background technique [0002] Cement clinker is a semi-finished product obtained by using limestone, clay, and iron as the main raw materials, which are prepared into raw meal in an appropriate proportion, burned until part or all of it is melted, and cooled. In the cement industry, the most commonly used Portland cement clinker is mainly composed of calcium oxide, silicon dioxide and a small amount of aluminum oxide and iron oxide. The main mineral composition is tricalcium silicate, dicalcium silicate, tricalcium aluminate and tetracalcium aluminoferrite. Portland cement clinker and appropriate amount of gypsum are ground together to form Portland cement. [0003] Chinese invention patent CN103011633A discloses a cement clinker, which is made of raw materials in the following weight ratios: limestone 75-85; carbide slag 15-20; yellow sandstone 5-15; iron powd...
