The blend phospholipids composition comprises the following raw materials in percentages by weight: 40-60% of soybean-powder phospholipids, 10-20% of sesame-powder phospholipids, 10-30% of yolk-powder phospholipids and 1-10% of seafood-powder phospholipids. The plant-origin phospholipids and the animal-origin phospholipids are added in the blend phospholipids according to the weight ratio of (3-6):1. The blend phospholipids composition is the only product in which all the blended phospholipids are extracted by supercritical CO2.
