The novel organic fertilizer specially used for tobacco contains 25% or above of organic matters, 5.0% or above of N+P2O5+K2O, and 30.0% or less of water, the pH value of the novel organic fertilizer is 6.5, and the live bacterium number of the novel organic fertilizer is not lower than 0.002 billions/g. The organic fertilizer specially used for tobacco provides organic nutrition easily absorbed by tobacco plants; and a fermentation technology is controllable, so uniform fermentation, complete maturity and less nutrient loss are guaranteed, harmful microbes are effectively controlled, and the quality of tobacco leaves is improved.
