Abstract

A primary injection runner, a secondary injection runner, a secondary injection system positioning plate and a mold cavity assembly which are located on the sides of a fixed mold and a movable mold are combined to form the multi-melt multi-injection molding mold. The multi-melt multi-injection molding mold accurately completes the sequential injection process of the polymer melts without the double colored plastic injection machine. Meanwhile, the mold structure is simplified, the equipment cost of the double colored plastic injection machine is omitted, and therefore the purposes of simplifying the process and reducing cost are achieved.
