A novel advanced oxidation coupling deep biochemical treatment wastewater system comprises an ultraviolet (UV) device, a biochemical reaction pool and a membrane filter device. The UV device comprises a box body. A water inlet pipeline is arranged on one side of the box body. A water drainage pipeline is arranged at the bottom end of the box body. A water outlet pipeline is arranged on the other side of the box body and connected with the water inlet of the biochemical reaction pool. A catalyst reaction tank is arranged on one side of the water inlet of the biochemical reaction pool. A catalyst is arranged in the catalyst reaction tank. A liquid outlet is formed in the portion, close to the top end, of the other side of the biochemical reaction pool and is connected with the membrane filter device through a liquid outlet pipeline.
