The invention further relates to a testing method, and the testing method includes the following sequential steps that one combined well mouth testing device is installed on the corresponding pipeline of each polymer injection layer; well mouth pressures and liquid levels of all the polymer injection layers are tested at the same time; bottom hole pressure of the corresponding polymer injection layer is calculated according to testing values of the well mouth pressure and the liquid level of each polymer injection layer; a corresponding pressure monitoring well testing model is selected according to the bottom hole pressure of each polymer injection layer; the bottom hole pressures of all the polymer injection layers and the corresponding pressure monitoring well testing models are fitted respectively to obtain well testing interpretation parameters, and the underground viscosity distribution condition of a polymer solution of the corresponding polymer injection layer is solved inversely.
