A remote well natural gas recovery device

The invention provides a remote well natural gas recovery device which mainly comprises a water jacket heater, a gas-liquid separator, a filter, a dehydration device, a reciprocating compressor, a gas charging pillar, a gas generating set and the like, and is characterized in that gas generated from a remote well is heated by a heating furnace, the heated gas enters the gas-liquid separator and the filter for separation and filtering to remove a liquid phase and a solid phase via separation and filtration, the filtered product is dehydrated by a molecular sieve, the dehydrated product enters the reciprocating compressor, the compressed product is pumped into a CNG trailer after being measured by the gas charging pillar to serve as CNG commercial gas for sale; when the CNG trailer containing the recovered gas is driven to a gas gathering station of a gas field, and the recovered gas is pumped into a pipe network again, charged gas enters a by-pass of the dehydration device directly; when the pressure in a well mouth is equal to or higher than 20 MPa, the charged gas enters a by-pass of the compressor directly; fuel gas of the gas generating set and the water jacket heater is supplied through a rear process pipeline of the dehydration device; and the whole set of the remote well natural gas recovery device is mounted on two semi-trailers, and fixedly erected on a well field via a hydraulic jack. The remote well natural gas recovery device is suitable for recovery of scattered natural gas in high-yield or intermittent-production remote wells of different well mouth pressures; the moving, transportation and mounting are convenient and fast; the adaptive capacity is high; and the recovery cost is low.

Exercise trumpet capable of adjusting length of trumpet body

The invention provides an exercise trumpet capable of adjusting length of the trumpet body. A trumpet mouth pressure reducing practicer convenient for beginner practice and extending the length of thetrumpet body is arranged between the trumpet mouth and the intake pipe, while extending of the length of the trumpet body affects the accuracy of musical sound pitch. The solution is to cut off halfof the extending length of the intake pipe and the exhaust pipe so as to offset the influence of the extending length of the trumpet body and ensure the original length and the pitch of the trumpet body and facilitate the beginner to practice. When the trumpet is normally used, the practicer is removed, the two end parts of the main tuning pipe are extended by the length equal to the length cut off from the intake pipe and the exhaust pipe, or the upper pipe and the lower pipe sleeve between the main tuning pipe and the intake pipe and between the main tuning pipe and the exhaust pipe, and thelength of the upper pipe and the lower pipe is equal to the size cut off from the intake pipe and the exhaust pipe and are connected by connecting rods so as to ensure the original length of the trumpet body of the trumpet. According to the trumpet, the accuracy of the musical sound pitch can be ensured, and the trumpet is suitable for beginner practice and normal use and is simple in structure and convenient to disassemble and assemble.

Wellhead combination testing device and method for polymer injection well

The invention relates to a combined well mouth testing device for a polymer injection well. A high-precision pressure monitor and a continuous liquid level monitor are connected with a three-way valve in a combination mode, and one combined well mouth testing device is installed on a corresponding pipeline of each polymer injection layer. The invention further relates to a testing method, and the testing method includes the following sequential steps that one combined well mouth testing device is installed on the corresponding pipeline of each polymer injection layer; well mouth pressures and liquid levels of all the polymer injection layers are tested at the same time; bottom hole pressure of the corresponding polymer injection layer is calculated according to testing values of the well mouth pressure and the liquid level of each polymer injection layer; a corresponding pressure monitoring well testing model is selected according to the bottom hole pressure of each polymer injection layer; the bottom hole pressures of all the polymer injection layers and the corresponding pressure monitoring well testing models are fitted respectively to obtain well testing interpretation parameters, and the underground viscosity distribution condition of a polymer solution of the corresponding polymer injection layer is solved inversely. The technical scheme solves the problem that pressure testing data is lost due to single well mouth pressure testing.
