Embodiment 1

[0020] A kind of belt conveyor, it comprises metal transmission shaft, and this metal transmission shaft is through surface treatment, and described surface treatment comprises the steps:

[0021] 1) In 18.1 parts by mass of deionized water, put 1-2 parts by mass of alkylolamide polyoxyethylene ether, 1.3 parts by mass of polypropylene glycol, 0.9 parts by mass of ethyl acetate, 0.8 parts by mass of phytate, 0.4 parts by mass Petroleum wax, 1.3 parts by mass of phosphine carboxylic acid, and 0.7 parts by mass of ammonium hydrogen fluoride were stirred and mixed uniformly to obtain a surface treatment working fluid;

[0022] 2) Raise the temperature of the surface treatment working fluid to 52.5°C;

[0023] 3) Put the metal transmission shaft into the surface treatment working fluid and soak for 28.5 minutes, take it out and dry it.

Embodiment 2

[0025] A belt conveyor, which includes a metal transmission shaft, the metal transmission shaft is surface treated, and the surface treatment includes the following steps:

[0026] 1) In 18.1 parts by mass of deionized water, put 1 part by mass of alkylolamide polyoxyethylene ether, 1.3 parts by mass of polypropylene glycol, 0.9 parts by mass of ethyl acetate, 0.8 parts by mass of phytate, and 0.4 parts by mass of petroleum wax , 1.3 parts by mass of phosphine carboxylic acid, 0.7 parts by mass of ammonium hydrogen fluoride, stirred and mixed evenly, to obtain a surface treatment working solution;

[0027] 2) Raise the temperature of the surface treatment working fluid to 52.5°C;

[0028] 3) Put the metal transmission shaft into the surface treatment working fluid and soak for 28.5 minutes, take it out and dry it.

Embodiment 3

[0030] A belt conveyor, which includes a metal transmission shaft, the metal transmission shaft is surface treated, and the surface treatment includes the following steps:

[0031] 1) Add 2 parts by mass of alkylolamide polyoxyethylene ether, 1.3 parts by mass of polypropylene glycol, 0.9 parts by mass of ethyl acetate, 0.8 parts by mass of phytate, and 0.4 parts by mass of petroleum wax into 18.1 parts by mass of deionized water , 1.3 parts by mass of phosphine carboxylic acid, 0.7 parts by mass of ammonium hydrogen fluoride, stirred and mixed evenly, to obtain a surface treatment working solution;

[0032] 2) Raise the temperature of the surface treatment working fluid to 52.5°C;

[0033] 3) Put the metal transmission shaft into the surface treatment working fluid and soak for 28.5 minutes, take it out and dry it.

Abstract

The invention discloses a belt conveyor which comprises a metal transmission shaft. The metal transmission shaft is subjected to surface treatment. The surface treatment includes the following steps that (1) 1-2 parts by mass of alkylolamide polyoxy ethane ether, 1.3 parts by mass of polypropylene glycol, 0.9 part by mass of ethyl acetate, 0.8 part by mass of inositol hexaphosphate, 0.4 part by mass of petroleum wax, 1.3 parts by mass of phosphonic carboxylic acid and 0.7 part by mass of ammonium bifluoride are added into 18.1 parts by mass of deionized water and evenly stirred and mixed, so that a surface treatment working solution is prepared; (2) the temperature of the surface treatment working solution is increased to 52.5 DEG C; and (3) the metal transmission shaft is placed in the surface treatment working solution to be soaked for 28.5 minutes, and then the metal transmission shaft is taken out and dried. The metal transmission shaft of the belt conveyor is subjected to the surface treatment, thereby having excellent friction resistance, corrosion resistance, rust resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance and weather resistance.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to belt conveyors. Background technique [0002] In the existing belt conveyor, the wear resistance, corrosion resistance, rust resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance and weather resistance of the metal transmission shaft need to be improved. Contents of the invention [0003] The object of the present invention is to provide a belt conveyor, the metal drive shaft of which is surface-treated and has excellent performances of abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, rust resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance and weather resistance. [0004] In order to achieve the above object, the technical solution of the present invention is to design a belt conveyor, which includes a metal transmission shaft, and the metal transmission shaft is through surface treatment, and the surface treatment includes the following steps: [0005] 1) In 18.1 parts by mass of deionized water, put 1-2 parts by mass of alkylolamide po...
