In a complete wireless sensor network, an optimum resource configuration of the current wireless sensor network is obtained by using an immune theory algorithm; whether the wireless sensor network performance reaches the optimum state is detected; after antibodies are coded, when the wireless sensor network performance is reduced, the network resource configurations of the wireless sensor network are detected; and online optimization is carried out to all resource configurations of the wireless sensor network by using an immune theory optimization algorithm. In the optimization process, the wireless sensor network obtains new resource configurations through antibody clone, antibody variation, antibody excellent learning, clone selection, antibody compression selection, similarity filter, antibody population recruitment and antibody training convergence; the wireless sensor network works under the new resource configurations; therefore, the optimized distribution of the communication resources is realized; and reduction of the wireless sensor network performance resulted from resource configurations is reduced.
