[0024] Dissolve voriconazole (FZ) 0.035g (0.1mmol) and 0.02416g (0.1mmol) copper nitrate in a mixture of water and methanol, then transfer the reaction solution to a flask and heat at a reaction temperature of 65 degrees. The reaction solution was cooled to room temperature after 10 minutes of reaction, and transferred into a test tube. After 5 days, blue blocky crystal 1 was obtained. Gained product 1 is determined its molecular structure through single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, see figure 1 .
