The portable minimally invasive sampling machine comprises an air compressor, an air conveying pipe, an arc-shaped milling cutter, a pneumatic motor, a swinging mechanism, an adjusting mechanism, a fixed support and a locking chain; the whole machine is fixed on a test sample to be sampled by the fixed support and the locking chain; the distance between the arc-shaped milling cutter and the surface of the test sample is adjusted through the adjusting mechanism; and the pneumatic motor and the swinging mechanism are driven by the air compressor respectively so that the arc-shaped milling cutter is driven to carry out efficient minimally invasive sampling on the surface of the test sample.
