[0055] The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. Obviously, the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, but not all of the embodiments. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art without creative efforts shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

[0056] Please refer to figure 1 , is a schematic flowchart of the first embodiment of the method for handling conflicts of the present invention. In this embodiment, the method includes the following steps:

[0057] S101, when there is data to be sent in the data buffer, compare the current cell load with a preset load threshold.

[0058] Specifically, the system is initialized, and the load threshold value L and the priority thresho...

Abstract

Embodiments of the present invention disclose a channel detection configuration method and apparatus for a listen before talk mechanism on an unlicensed spectrum. The method comprises the steps of when a data cache area has to-be-sent data, comparing a load of a current cell with a preset load threshold; if the load of the current cell is less than or equal to the preset load threshold, determining required channel occupation time and a duration proportion in which the current cell occupies the channel in a preset duration before the to-be-sent data is transmitted, and determining a priority of the current cell according to the channel occupation time and the duration proportion; comparing the priority of the current cell with a preset priority threshold; and if the priority of the current cell is greater than the preset priority threshold, performing clear channel assessment detection according to the channel detection parameter of a first type of listen before talk mechanism, and beginning transmitting the data after success of clear channel assessment detection. Through adoption of the method, coexistence time of LAA and Wi-Fi can be prolonged, channel resource allocation is more reasonable, and the resource utilization rate is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the field of communication technologies, and in particular, to a method and device for channel detection and configuration of a listen-before-talk mechanism on an unlicensed spectrum. Background technique [0002] With the popularization of the Long Term Evolution (Long Term Evolution, LTE) technology, the wireless data traffic has achieved a blowout growth, and the demand for spectrum resources of the cellular data system is also increasing. The 3GP PRelease 13 standard proposes the concept of License Assisted Access (LAA) Small Cell. Small Cell is deployed not only in the existing licensed spectrum, but also in the unlicensed spectrum, which can make full use of spectrum resources. However, the coexistence of the LAA system and Wireless-Fidelity (Wi-Fi) in the unlicensed 5GHz frequency band has become the biggest challenge. [0003] In order to avoid collision and collision, carrier sense (Listen-before-talk, LBT) is...
