The lower reactor is connected with an upper reactor through a rise pipe, a joint of the rise pipe and the reactor is tangent to a tubular wall of the reactor, a central barrel with a downward opening is welded to the top end of the reactor and used for collecting clear liquid produced by a reaction; stirring is achieved through a pressure difference between level difference of the upper and lower reactors and a density difference between fluids in the rise pipe and a down pipe; the upper reactor is connected with the lower reactor through the down pipe and is used for charging concentrate into the lower reactor for stirring; an outer circular top gas outlet of the upper reactor is connected sequentially with a defroster and a condenser and is used for collecting condensate, non-condensable gas is liquid sealed and discharged or fed for post-treatment.
