The invention discloses an uplink interference coordination method of an LET-Advanced relay system. The method includes the following steps that according to interactive high-interference indicating OI information among eNodeBs and RSRP values of all UE, the UE of a cell is divided into the direct-connection UE and the relay UE; after the types of the UE are determined, the cell eNodeBs are used for achieving dynamic spectrum allocation according to the HII information by combining the bandwidth distribution condition of the relay UE of the cell; loop-opening power regulating is carried out on the UE conforming to conditions in the cell and the handling capacity is summed up. Compared with the prior art, frequency domain coordination and power control are combined, interactive information among bases of all cells in the LET-Advanced relay system are utilized for obtaining the use condition of physical resource blocks of adjacent cells and resource blocks which are not interfered are allocated to interfered users. Under the condition that interference on the adjacent cells is not enhanced, transmitting power of the direction-connection users is properly regulated. By means of the uplink interference coordination method of the LET-Advanced relay system, the uplink interference of the LET-Advanced relay system is greatly relieved, the spectral efficiency and the handling capacity of the system are improved and the degree of satisfaction of the direct-connection users are improved.
