This invention provides a corner structure and manufacturing method for a membrane-type
enclosure system, as well as the
enclosure system itself. The corner structure for a membrane-type
enclosure system provided by this invention includes a main shielding layer, a main
insulation layer, a secondary shielding layer, and a secondary
insulation layer arranged sequentially from the inside out. The main shielding layer includes a main shielding plate and a corner main corrugated plate. The secondary shielding layer includes a secondary shielding plate and a corner secondary corrugated plate. The secondary shielding plate includes a first plate and a second plate integrally connected to each other. The corner secondary corrugated plate is disposed between the two secondary shielding plates. The main
insulation layer includes a first insulation block and a second insulation block, and the secondary insulation layer includes a third insulation block and a fourth insulation block. In this invention, the main shielding layer and the secondary shielding layer are independent shielding
layers and are not integrally connected by connectors. Therefore, in principle, the conduction of cold energy through connectors is avoided, effectively improving the
thermal insulation performance of the corner area of the membrane-type enclosure system.
