Embodiment 1

[0043] In this embodiment, the recognition model is used for the stability recognition of similar products.

[0044] 1. Experimental equipment

[0045] The MPA Fourier near-infrared spectrometer produced by BRUKER (Germany), and the 1095Cyclotec (XF-98B) cyclone precision pulverizer.

[0046] 2. Sample collection

[0047] In order to make the established identification model widely applicable in predicting cigarette products produced by different machines at different times, this experiment sample selected the same brand (A) cigarette products produced by three different machines from January to December 2015 83 normal samples were used for model building, and 31 unknown samples were selected for external validation of the model.

Embodiment 2

[0077] In this embodiment, the identification model is used to identify the authenticity of the product.

[0078] 1. Experimental equipment

[0079] The MPA Fourier near-infrared spectrometer produced by BRUKER (Germany), and the 1095Cyclotec (XF-98B) cyclone precision pulverizer.

[0080] 2. Sample collection

[0081] The cigarette samples selected in this example are brand A and B, and 5 different machines were selected for the product, and the production time was from January to December 2015. A total of 83 normal samples of brand A were selected for model building, and brand B was selected. The 17 unknown samples were used to identify the authenticity of the model.

[0082] 3. Sample preparation

[0083] The shredded cigarette tobacco was stripped off and dried in an oven at 40°C to keep the water content of the sample basically consistent, then fully pulverized with a 1095Cyclotec (XF-98B) cyclone precision grinder, and passed through an 80-mesh sieve.

Abstract

The invention discloses a near-infrared spectrum recognition model. A near-infrared spectroscopy is adopted for scanning a spectrum of a series of normal like products, and an average spectrum is calculated to serve as a reference spectrum; then the weighting association coefficients of the spectrum of the products and the reference spectrum are calculated, a recognition section is calculated through the average value and standard deviation of the weighting association coefficients, and the recognition model is established. Compared with traditional chromatography analysis, mass spectrum analysis and other instrument analysis, the advantages of being environmentally friendly, simple, fast and easy to operate are achieved. The established model is high in recognition precision and detecting efficiency and low in cost, and technical support is provided for product stability analysis and authenticity recognition of cigarette enterprises.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of near-infrared spectroscopy, in particular to a near-infrared spectroscopy identification model based on a weighted correlation coefficient, which can be used for authenticity identification and quality stability analysis of cigarette products. Background technique [0002] Near-infrared spectroscopy has the characteristics of efficient, green, and environmentally friendly analysis, so it has become one of the fastest-growing and eye-catching spectral analysis techniques in recent years. According to the provisions of the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), its wavelength range is 780-2526nm. The absorption of molecules in the NIR region is mainly composed of combined frequency absorption and double frequency absorption of groups such as C-H, 0-H, N-H and C=0. The absorption intensity in this region is low, the bands are complex, and the overlap is serious, so it is impossible to use classic...
