Problems solved by technology

The method based on threshold segmentation and defect extraction is a common algorithm for surface defect detection, but due to uneven illumination, cracks, uneven polishing, etc., it will cause missed detection and false detection, and its robustness and reliability are not high, so it cannot be applied in mass production

Abstract

The invention discloses a visual automatic detecting system for a ceramic cartridge. The visual automatic detecting system comprises a first conveyor belt, a second conveyor belt, a turnover mechanism, a first motor, a second motor, a loading mechanism, a first rejector, a first camera, an unloading mechanism, a second rejector and a second camera as well as an acquisition card, a master control system and a PLC controller, wherein the first rejector and the second rejector are separately arranged behind the first camera and the second camera; and the first camera is used for sending a first to-be-detected face image of a to-be-detected ceramic cartridge to the maser control system for being processed, and the PLC controller directly sends an instruction to the first rejector for rejecting an unqualified product if the first to-be-detected face image is unqualified, so that the unqualified product is prevented from entering a follow-up station, and therefore, the detecting efficiency is conveniently improved; and in a similar way, the second rejector behind the second camera is used for directly rejecting the to-be-detected ceramic cartridge with an unqualified second to-be-detected face image, so that the ceramic cartridge collected by the loading mechanism is a qualified product.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of detection of ceramic valve cores, in particular to a visual automatic detection system of ceramic valve cores. Background technique [0002] The ceramic valve core is the core component of the faucet, which directly affects its sealing performance and service life. Before the faucet is assembled, the ceramic valve core needs to be strictly inspected for appearance. At present, the vast majority of faucet manufacturers use manual inspection to inspect the appearance of ceramic valve cores. This not only increases labor costs and management costs, but also cannot guarantee the accuracy and efficiency of ceramic valve core detection due to the fatigue and instability of human eye detection. [0003] As the cost of technology decreases, inspection systems based on machine vision are widely used. Machine vision inspection systems are often used to detect defects such as cracks and damage on the surface of products, an...
