Abstract

The invention provides a ceramic 3D printer and a manufacturing method of a ceramic device. The ceramic 3D printer comprises a rack, a three-dimensional movement module, a ceramic slurry printing head, an air pressure adjusting module and a general control module, wherein the three-dimensional movement module is mounted on the rack; the three-dimensional movement module is in driving connection with the ceramic slurry printing head; an air channel of the air pressure adjusting module is communicated with the ceramic slurry printing head; the general control module is in communication connection with the air pressure adjusting module and the three-dimensional movement module respectively; and the general control module is used for controlling the three-dimensional movement module to drive the ceramic slurry printing head to move along a preset path at a first pre-set speed according to model data information of a ceramic device to be printed, and also controlling the air pressure adjusting module to adjust air pressure in the ceramic slurry printing head so as to control the ceramic slurry printing head to extrude slurry at a second preset speed. The ceramic 3D printer has the beneficial effects of simple structure, low energy consumption and simple process flow.
