The invention provides a urea metering pump device and a urea metering feeding method thereof.The urea metering pump device is used for mixing a urea solution and air and introducing the mixture into an exhaust system of an engine.An auxiliary control unit controls work of a diaphragm pump by adjusting the rotating speed of a stepping motor according to different working conditions of the engine, and then the supply quantity of urea is metered.The input end and the output end of the device are distributed on the two sides, a compressed air channel in the device is provided with a pressure sensor, a urea reflow channel is provided with a urea electromagnetic valve, a heating device is arranged nearby a mixing chamber, and the auxiliary control unit is fixed to a cover of a urea metering pump.A base of the device is simple and can be mechanized, and cost is low.
