The method is mainly used for solving the problem in the prior art that the resource management efficiency is relatively low. The realization steps comprises that a roadside server carries out statistics to time stamps, source node IDs, resource serial numbers, resource information, resource request times A and resource downloading times B in a resource list; fuzzy processing is carried out to the A and the B; then the survival time of resources is obtained according to a centroid method; the resource list is updated in real time; when the survival time of one resource is reduced to 0, the resource is deleted from the resource list; when the resources in the server overflow, the resources of which survival time is in a set range are periodically discarded; and the resource list is updated timely.
