The system comprises a treatment tower filled with bamboo charcoal packing loaded with a microorganism membrane, wherein an outlet of a fan is communicated with the bottom of the treatment tower through a gas inlet pipeline; an outlet of a circulating pump is communicated with a spraying system at the inner upper part of the treatment tower; the bottom of the treatment tower is communicated with a circulating water tank through a water outlet pipeline; the circulating water tank is communicated with an inlet of the circulating pump; the top of the treatment tower is communicated with a gas outlet.
