The tire molding process comprises the steps of: (1) crushing and screening of raw materials; (2) impurity removal; (3) melting; (4) modification; (5) vacuum defoaming; (6) compression molding; and (7) vulcanization. The process is simple and reasonable; the raw materials adopt waste tires, so that the effects of low cost, environmental protection, practicability and prevention of resource waste are achieved; in crushing and screening of the raw materials, particles are proper in size, so that the further impurity removal and melting are facilitated; through selection of the waste tires as the raw materials, the resource is saved, and the environment is purified; water soluble and fat soluble substances on the surfaces of the particles are removed through impurity removal, so that the quality of the particles is improved; and in modification, the strength and the wear resistance of the tires are improved through adding hard carbon black.
