Abstract

The invention discloses a light ban intelligent assembly system and method. The system comprises a workbench and a guide rail. The guide rail is connected with the periphery of the upper end of the workbench in a sleeving mode. The method comprises the steps that S1, LEDs are mounted into LED positioning grooves on the third station; and S2, two winding reels used for welding positive electrodes and negative electrodes of the LEDs correspondingly are mounted on a support. According to the light ban intelligent assembly system and method, the multiple LEDs can be uniformly welded to a wire to form an LED light ban with a certain length, and the LED light ban can be widely used for decoration and illumination of various occasions. The defects of low working efficiency, inconsistent assembly sizes, high error rate and the like of a manual assembly mode are solved, the assembly efficiency is improved, the error rate is lowered, and the production cost is greatly reduced.
