The sensor comprises an antenna, a signal end, a grounding end and a sensor chip, wherein the antenna is separately connected with the signal end and the grounding end on the sensor chip; the sensor chip comprises a piezoelectric substrate, a signal transmission channel, a surface acoustic wave temperature sensing unit, a surface acoustic wave gas sensing unit and a surface acoustic wave vapor sensing unit; and the signal transmission channel connects the surface acoustic wave temperature sensing unit, the surface acoustic wave gas sensing unit and the surface acoustic wave vapor sensing unit which are arranged in parallel on the piezoelectric substrate. The sensor transmits multiple sensing physical parameters in a wireless mode, thereby realizing sensor networking and further promoting networking of power equipment monitoring.
